GENERAL INFORMATION

Saturday 27th September 2014
12:00-23:00

NEIGBOURHOOD

Tokyo Dub will be within the Victorian Eastville Park., a beautiful landscape within a residential area. We are excited to be at this location and it wouldn’t be possible without the support of the local community.
Please be aware of this,  leaving the festival quietly and without dropping litter.
If you need directions please locate one of our stewards.

SECURITY

For crowd safety, we will have a double perimeter fence which will be patrolled by security and police at all times. If you do not have a ticket, do not come to Tokyo Dub 2014. There will be no tickets available at the gates and extra security and police have been enforced inside both fences as part of our licence. Fence jumping will not be tolerated, it’s bad for the vibe of the party and disrespects our paying attendees who contribute to the running of the festival.
If you have any problems throughout the festival, please approach a steward or member of security who are on hand to help.

CASH POINTS

There will be no cash points on site, and no re-entry. We suggest using one of the many cash points in the area prior to coming into the site. The bars will accept cards.

FIRST AID AND SAFETY

First aid facilities will be provided on site. If you need assistance please find one of our stewards who will assist. Drugs and Laughing Gas canisters are strictly prohibited for your safety.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

No Glass. No Laughing Gas. No Alcohol. No Drugs.

There will be an amnesty bin outside the event. We will have detection dogs, security and police to ensure that these items are not brought into the festival. Our biggest priority is your safety. No glass will be sold on site. Anyone found in possession of laughing gas will be evicted from the site and may be arrested. This information we have received from both the police and the licensing department.
